Tatyana Arrington

“Domestic abuse is happening everyday. One in 3 women have been a victim of some sort of physical violence by a partner. Every 9 seconds a women is assaulted or beaten. The statistics are frightening to hear. I’m proud to be apart of Domestic Damages for the simple fact that if someone in the audience can find the courage to leave their abuser, forgive their abuser, or help a friend in an abusive situation then we’ve done our job. If the story touches our audience then we’ve done our job.”

Tatyana was born in Queens, New York and started at the age of eight months as a baby model with Wilhelmina models in campaigns for Toys R Us and Spiegel Magazine. At the age of five Tatyana moved to Atlanta and continued working as a child model and actor. Today Tatyana is a recent graduate from Georgia Southern University and is currently a working actress. Last year she performed David Mamet’s RACE, a play at the regional Kennedy Center/American College Theatre Festival. She also made her debut on Homicide Hunters ft. Lt. Joe Kenda as Marie West. Selected theatre credits include: RACE (Susan), Hamlet (Queen Gertrude), and Arthur Miller’s Death of a Salesman (The Woman). Tatyana has also appeared on BET, Nickelodeon, and Tyler Perry’s Meet the Browns.
